1. SHIPPING FEES
• International Standard Shipping: FREE (No minimum order amount required).

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All delivery times are estimates and vary by country, destination, and specific product. Please note that these timeframes do not include our standard internal processing time (usually 1-3 business days) before shipment:

• Estimated Delivery: International orders generally take between 5 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the specific item purchased. (You can view the most accurate shipping estimate for your country directly on the product page or during checkout).

3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
OptiPick is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your package by your destination country's local customs authority. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for unexpected delays caused by custom clearance processes, extreme weather, carrier bottlenecks, or other events beyond our control.
